Daily order cut-off time: 12:00 PM (UTC-8, Pacific Time)
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed within the next 1-2 business days.
Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may be longer.
Pre-sale items will be shipped based on their estimated arrival schedule.
