Return&Refund Policy

At SOMNDEEP, we value your experience and aim to provide a clear and fair return policy for products purchased directly from SOMNDEEP.com.


1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

Returns beyond 30 days are not supported unless otherwise required by law or previously agreed with our customer service team.

For non-quality-related returns or returns due to personal reasons, the buyer will bear the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee:
SOMNDEEP charges no restocking fee for any return.


2. Return Conditions

A return will be accepted only if:

  • The item is in original packaging, in as-new condition, with all accessories and documentation included.

  • The product has no signs of misuse, abuse, negligence, or man-made damage.

Items that do not meet the above conditions cannot be returned.


3. How to Start a Return

Please do not send your return to the address on your package. Products are processed at our designated return facilities.
For US customers, items can be returned to our US warehouse.
Please contact support@somndeep.com to obtain the return authorization and correct return address.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Order number

  • Product photos + current condition

  • Photos of external packaging

  • For quality-related claims, images showing the defect

Return Shipping Label Instructions:

  • For quality-related issues, LETWESAF will provide a prepaid return shipping label (download/print).

  • For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.

After the return is approved and the item is received, we will process your refund within 7–14 business days.


4. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

  • Damage must be reported within 3 business days.

  • If the outer box is visibly damaged, please note this on the delivery slip.

  • Hidden/internal damage must also be reported to us or the carrier within 3 days.

If no missing-item report is made within 30 days of delivery, the order will be considered successfully delivered and complete.


5. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact SOMNDEEP first. After the incorrect item is returned to us, SOMNDEEP will arrange to ship the correct item.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled anytime before shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations can no longer be processed.


7. Refund Method

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
